Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three or more years of CNC machining experience.
• Read blueprints, GD&T, setup sheets, and work instructions.
• Experience selecting and installing tooling, fixtures, and workholding.
• Proficiency with precision measuring instruments.
• Understanding of feeds, speeds and machining math.
• Ability to troubleshoot machining and production issues.

Responsibilities

• Independently set up and operate CNC milling and turning equipment.
• Load, verify, and adjust CNC programs and machine offsets.
• Install and qualify tooling, fixtures, and workholding for runs.
• Inspect first pieces and in-process checks with precision gages.
• Monitor quality, cycle time, and productivity targets.
• Support new product introductions and process validation.
• Diagnose and resolve machining and automation issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain organized tooling and work areas; document activities accurately.
• Follow safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
