Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred.
• Proven ability to set up and operate CNC machines for progressive machining.
• Able to read blueprints/plans with strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a focus on precision.
• Self-starter with accountability, discipline, and proactive daily task management.
• Ability to operate overhead crane and read measuring instruments; maintain equipment.
• U.S. person per ITAR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Machine Setup & Operation: Set up, adjust, and operate CNC equipment to perform difficult machining on diverse parts.
• Technical Preparation: Select and align fixtures, tools, and materials.
• Process Optimization: Monitor and refine machining processes and parameters.
• Quality Control: Inspect parts and tools to ensure tolerance and finish specifications.
• Maintenance: Clean and maintain machines and tooling for daily readiness.
• Continuous Improvement: Recommend improvements to production methods and quality.
• Material Handling: Safely operate overhead cranes and lift up to 50 lbs.
