Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience maintaining CNC machine tools or similar manufacturing equipment.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on CNC machine tools and related manufacturing equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control-system problems.
Diagnose CNC machine faults using alarms, error codes, schematics, manuals, diagnostic tools, and other technical resources.
Troubleshoot machine controls, sensors, switches, motors, drives, servos, and other electrical components.
Perform machine setup, alignment, leveling, and adjustments as needed to maintain equipment performance and accuracy.
Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance and document work performed in the company's maintenance system.
