Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC is seeking a hands-on Preventative Maintenance Technician for a precision CNC manufacturing environment. The role focuses on scheduled PM for CNC machine tools and related equipment to maximize uptime, reliability and accuracy.

You will work with production teams to identify potential issues, perform routine maintenance, and support maintenance of chip conveyors, cooling and hydraulic systems while maintaining accurate PM records and ensuring safe operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in CNC/machine tool or industrial maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to read equipment manuals, PM procedures and technical docs.
• Knowledge of lockout/tagout safety procedures is expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on CNC equipment and related machinery.
• Complete routine inspections and maintenance per OEM and PM schedules.
• Inspect, lubricate, clean, adjust and replace components as needed.
• Monitor and service lubrication, coolant, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
