Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC lathes and mills to close tolerances.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints.
• Familiarity with GD&T and inspection procedures.
• Proficiency with precision measurement tools and calibration.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and program CNC machines using G-code and M-code.
• Interpret blueprints, CAD/CAM files to produce components.
• Set up tooling, calibrate, and measure with calipers and micrometers.
• Perform quality inspections and GD&T checks on machined parts.
• Maintain documentation of machining processes and inspection results.
