Qualifikationen

• Experience with precision machining equipment.
• Experience with setup and operation of CNC mills, lathes, and CAM software.
• Familiarity with machining a variety of materials such as aluminum, tool steel, stainless steel, copper, and other alloys.
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of tolerances.
• Ability to read and interpret GD&T.

Aufgaben

• Create Prototrak programs for milling machines and lathes.
• Operate manual milling, drilling, turning, and grinding of various materials.
• Interpret drawings, blueprints, and verbal instructions.
• Monitor machining processes and perform in-process and final inspections.
• Maintain machinery and conduct minor repairs or adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
