Qualifications

• Machinist II: 4–6 years of experience or technical training.
• Machinist III: 4–7 years of experience with advanced proficiency.
• Machinist IV: 4–7+ years with leadership and advanced programming expertise.
• Proficiency with CNC and manual machining, reading blueprints, CAD/CAM, and precision measurement.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC and manual machines including mills, lathes, and EDM equipment.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and sketches.
• Perform fabrication, assembly, maintenance, and repair of parts.
• Lead CNC programming, setup, and process optimization.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and supervise machinists.
