Job summary

TECOMET is seeking a CNC Machinist II to support 2nd or 3rd shift in producing precision medical and aerospace components.

You will set up and operate CNC mills or lathes, read blueprints and GD&T, maintain tight tolerances, and perform in-process inspections using precision gauges. This role requires tooling selection, setting offsets, adjusting feeds and speeds, and adherence to safety and 5S practices while contributing to continuous improvement for OEM customers.

Qualifications

• Sets up and operates CNC mills or lathes to produce precision parts.
• Interprets blueprints and GD&T to maintain tight tolerances.
• Performs in-process inspections using precision gauges.
• Selects tooling, sets offsets, and adjusts feeds and speeds.
• Maintains accuracy and adherence to safety and quality procedures.
