Job summary

TECOMET is seeking a CNC Machinist II to operate CNC mills or lathes and produce precision components for medical and aerospace applications. You will interpret blueprints and GD&T, maintain tight tolerances, select tooling, set offsets, and adjust feeds and speeds for quality parts.

In this role, you will perform in-process inspections, follow regulated procedures, maintain safety and 5S standards, and contribute to continuous improvement and reliable delivery for OEM customers.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills or lathes to produce precision components.
• Interpret blueprints and GD&T to ensure correct tolerances.
• Maintain tight tolerances on complex parts during production.
• Select tooling, set offsets, and adjust feeds and speeds for optimal machining.
• Perform in-process inspections using precision gauges to verify part conformance.
• Follow regulated procedures, safety standards, and 5S practices.
