Accelera in Connecticut is seeking a Precision CNC Technician to transform raw materials into high-tolerance components. You will operate CNC milling and turning to ensure parts meet exacting engineering standards while enhancing overall production efficiency.

Qualifications

Experience in setting up and operating CNC machinery.
Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and drawings.
Capable of maintaining tight tolerances within ±0.0005".
Strong understanding of GD&T principles and their application in manufacturing.
Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs as required.

Responsibilities

Configure CNC lathes and milling centers to achieve optimal production output.
Execute complex machining tasks to meet precise blueprint specifications.
Utilize GD&T to verify part integrity and meet demanding geometrical requirements.
