The ideal candidate has CNC experience and can read machine parameters, adjust offsets, and sand/deburr parts as needed. Schedule is Monday–Friday, with a pay rate of $20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1 year of CNC machining experience preferred.
• Experience operating CNC machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to make machine adjustments and offsets based on measurements.
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, and other precision measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate and program CNC machines.
• Set and adjust machine offsets to maintain accurate part dimensions.
• Use precision measuring tools to inspect parts and verify specifications.
• Read and understand machine parameters and calibration requirements.
• Sand and deburr finished parts.
• Remove and properly dispose of metal shavings.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
