Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mill and/or lathe machines by mounting tools, fixtures, and workpieces.
• Load raw materials and tools into machines, adjust settings to meet requirements, and follow work instructions.
• Conduct quality inspections during operation and on finished parts.
• Maintain production and quality logs and report issues or discrepancies.
• Use precision measuring instruments for part verification and inspection.
• Follow safety protocols and keep a clean, organized workspace.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot to maintain machine performance.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and programming files to ensure accurate production.
