Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mill and/or lathe machines by mounting tools, fixtures, and workpieces.
• Load raw materials and tools into machines, adjust settings to meet customer requirements and ensure quality.
• Conduct quality control inspections during operation and on finished parts and components.
• Maintain detailed records of production and quality logs and report nonconformities.
• Follow safety protocols and keep a clean, organized work environment.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot to sustain machine performance.
