• Resume and two professional references required.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of one year CNC manufacturing experience or training.
• Availability for all shifts (including 2nd, 3rd, and weekend shift) and overtime as needed.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Export-controlled data policies apply to this position.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow the information on work instructions.
• Set up and operate drill press, surface grinders, vertical milling machines, and engine lathes to tolerances within specified limits.
• Inspect and measure machined parts using calipers, dial indicators, micrometers, and gauges to verify conformance within required tolerances.
• Record data manually or electronically and track parts using routing cards.
• Fabricate parts from sample drawings and sketches for use within the plant.
• Perform routine maintenance by replacing worn tooling, adding coolant, and cleaning equipment.
• Work collaboratively with management, engineering, and other departments in team environments.
• Participate in continuous improvements initiatives to optimize processes.
