Job summary

The Crosby Group in Jacksonville, AR is seeking a full-time Machine Operator to set up and operate CNC tools, read blueprints, and measure parts to exact specifications. You will work with standard machine tools, apply shop mathematics, and ensure production targets and quality standards are met.

Prior manufacturing experience is preferred and physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds. We offer a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Willingness to operate CNC machinery and read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate standard CNC machine tools.
• Read and understand blueprints and written specifications.
• Use shop math in machining tasks.
• Operate machines to meet production and quality standards.
• Assist with loading/unloading parts and tool changes.
