Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with CNC operations preferred.
• Ability to read batch cards and instructions to communicate directions.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to read meters and scales.
• Industrial experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and examine products for quality and conformance to specifications.
• Change over equipment and adjust machines to improve performance and quality.
• Set and adjust speed, temperature, flow, and tolerances.
• Review job orders for quantities, times, stock specs and BOMs.
• Monitor filling equipment to maintain operation levels and detect malfunctions.
• Operate equipment at efficient speeds to ensure quality and output.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality; follow procedures and quality controls.
• Communicate with supervisors and coworkers in writing or in person.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
