B&A Precision in Milford, CT is seeking a Precision CNC Lathe Set-Up Specialist to set up and operate 2- and 3-axis CNC horizontal lathes with Fanuc controls. You will read blueprints and apply GD&T to meet tight tolerances, using calibrated gauges to verify first pieces and production parts.

Coordinate with a team to maintain flow and quality, with experience in bar feeding systems preferred. Detail-driven, accurate, and teamwork-oriented candidates will excel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC lathe setup and operation experience.
• Familiarity with Fanuc controls and G-code fundamentals.
• GD&T working knowledge is desirable; blueprint reading essential.
• Proven competence with measurement tools and inspection techniques.
