Solve Industrial Motion Group in Indiana is seeking a CNC Operator to run lathes and produce parts from engineering drawings and work orders. You will verify dimensions, set tooling offsets, and ensure safe operation while meeting production deadlines.

Qualifications

• Ability to verify parts and adjust offsets to meet drawings.
• Knowledge of HAAS controls.
• Strong math skills (arithmetic, algebra, geometry) for dimensions.

• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Run CNC lathes per work orders and drawings.
• Verify dimensions using gauges and GD&T.
• Maintain tool offsets and reprogram controls as needed.
• Document production activities and logs in the ERP system.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain safe operation.
• Perform preventive maintenance per manufacturer instructions.
• Communicate issues and results with supervisors and coworkers.
