Torrey Holistics in Machesney Park, IL is seeking a full-time CNC Lathe Operator to set up and run Mazak lathes. You will read blueprints and GD&T callouts, measure parts with precision gauges, and make minor offset adjustments to maintain tight tolerances.

Qualifications

• Reads and interprets blueprints and GD&T callouts.
• Understands GD&T fundamentals for ensuring tolerances.
• Operates CNC lathes/turning centers with precision measuring tools.
• Works both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Run CNC lathes/turning centers to produce precision components.
• Load bar/slug stock and unload finished parts safely.
• Read prints and work instructions, including GD&T.
• Measure parts with micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Perform wear offsets and minor tooling adjustments.
• Monitor, replace, and record tooling as needed.
• Keep workcell clean and compliant with safety practices.
• Follow quality and safety procedures at all times.
• Complete production and inspection records accurately.
