Job summary

BioHorizons is seeking a Cell Operator to run CNC lathes, read blueprints, and ensure parts meet drawings and schedules. You will collaborate with the CNC Machinist and enter data into the MRP/ERP system while following all work instructions.

Candidate should be accurate, detail-oriented, and committed to quality, with a high school diploma or equivalent. This is a Monday-Thursday shift from 5:00am to 3:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Lathes to machine parts per specifications and tooling instructions applying knowledge of machining methods.
• Read blueprints for product specifications, dimensions, and tolerances.
• Observe operation of machine and verifies conformance of machined part to specifications, using micrometers, comparator, tool makers, and oasis.
• Understand and perform all work instructions.
• This position works closely with the CNC Machinist.
• Must accurately enter all information requested into MRP/ERP system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
