Ultimate Staffing in Billerica, MA is seeking experienced CNC Lathe and Milling Operators to join a precision manufacturing team. The position is on-site in a clean, modern facility that produces high-quality metal components for the semiconductor industry.

Shift options include 1st (Mon-Thu, 6:00am–4:30pm, Fridays optional) and 2nd (Mon-Thu, 3:00pm–1:30am, Fridays optional). Pay ranges from $24 to $30 per hour depending on experience, with temp-to-hire potential.

Qualifications

2+ years of CNC lathe and/or milling operation experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC lathes and/or CNC milling to produce precision metal components.
Load and unload raw materials and finished parts.
Monitor machine operations and make minor adjustments as needed.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Use precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges, indicators) to ensure quality standards.
Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment.
