Job summary

Ōnin Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically inclined Machine Operator to operate CNC, laser, drill, and other manufacturing equipment while maintaining safety, quality and productivity. You will work a Monday–Friday 7:00am–3:00pm shift with overtime as needed and earn $19.97/hour in Missouri.

This role emphasizes meeting production standards, using inspection tools, and adhering to safety protocols while contributing to overall efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Machining experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC, laser, drill, and other production machines.
• Machine parts to meet production and quality standards.
• Use basic inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, torque wrenches, gauges, etc.).
