Job summary

You will operate manual surface grinding machines and semi-automatic grinders, check size and tolerance throughout production, complete paperwork, follow SOPs for traceability, and support the wider shop floor with safe, efficient manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-precision machining environment.
• Ability to operate manual surface grinding and semi-automatic grinders.
• Knowledge of CNC cylindrical grinding desirable.
• Precision engineering background and mechanical engineering education essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate manual surface grinding and semi-automatic grinding equipment.
• Check size and tolerance throughout production.
• Complete required paperwork and follow shop floor SOPs.
• Maintain housekeeping and PPE compliance.
• Support shop floor with supervisors and colleagues.
