Job summary

Solve Industrial Motion Group seeks a Cell Operator to set up, program, and operate CNC and gear hobbing equipment to produce precision components per specifications and quality standards. You will use FANUC controls, G and M code programming, and blueprints to support efficient production.

Responsibilities include machine setup, hob operation, part documentation, and maintaining accuracy with measurement tools, while ensuring safe, clean, and organized work areas and meeting daily production

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write clearly as required by the position.
• Reading and understanding blueprints and machine instructions.
• Ability to operate multiple gear hobbing and shaping machines.
• Measure and record all required data and dimensions.
• Inspect gear features using manual gear analyzer such as Vari-Roll.

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC and gear hob machines and program per blueprints and specs.
• Operate hob machines and document parts produced.
• Maintain production speed while ensuring print conformance.
• Program using G and M codes on FANUC controls.
• Read drawings to ensure efficient running of components.
