• Basic math ability to add, subtract, multiply or divide and work with fractions/decimals/percentages.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and operate CNC Grinder, EDM or Laser machines to ensure parts meet specs.
• Monitor parts dimensions using gauges and measuring tools to assure conformity.
• Complete paperwork documenting quality of parts produced.
• Review paperwork to determine required assembly and any special options.
• Assemble components by checking connections for correct fit and fastening parts.
• Use precision tools to check parts for correct fit and dimensions.
• Build electrodes for Fast Hole EDM.
