Job summary

U.S. Tsubaki Power Transmission, LLC in Ohio is hiring for a manufacturing position focused on bending, forming and precision assembly. You will read blueprints, select tooling, monitor gauges and ensure ISO‑compliant quality while supporting process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered
• 1-2 years experience in a manufacturing/production environment
• Able to perform moderately active work typical of a manufacturing plant environment
• Safety sensitive position

Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates bending presses and heating units for hot or cold bending, forming or offsetting
• Sets up and operates profile cutting machine, crane, robotic scrap disposal, machining center and parts marker
• Reads and interprets blueprints
• Monitors gauges and controls and makes necessary adjustments
• Maintains quality to meet blueprint and ISO specifications
• Regular communication with Design Engineer and other personnel for issues and process improvement
• Supports complex customers needs/requests
