Job summary

U.S. Tsubaki Automotive is seeking a skilled CNC machinist to operate and set up machines, read blueprints, and conduct quality inspections. You will load programs, verify procedures, and ensure parts meet specifications on a daily basis.

The role requires 1–2 years of manufacturing experience, attention to detail, and the ability to follow production procedures. Expect shift work with potential overtime and opportunities for training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or equivalent experience.
• Technical/CNC coursework is desirable.
• 1–2 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Skilled in operating CNC machinery.
• Able to read blueprints and use measurement devices (calipers, micrometers).
• Good verbal and written communication and attention to detail.
• Able to follow production processes and quality procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machinery according to production procedures.
• Perform daily equipment maintenance inspections and setup tasks.
• Load programs and verify procedures using DNC, USB interfaces.
• Perform CNC cycle starts, stop procedures, and tool changes.
• Read production prints and perform quality checks on parts.
