Job summary

Consolidated Precision Products Corp (CPP) is seeking a CMM Operator for aerospace parts manufacturing in Albany, Oregon. The role inspects castings and fixtures using manual and automated CMM, with supporting hand tools and data reporting.

Selected candidate will operate CMMs, read blueprints, and coordinate with engineering. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, and a quarterly bonus, with full-time hours on swing/wknd shifts.

Qualifications

• Read blueprints and interpret customer specifications.
• Able to perform inspections on raw and machined castings and first articles.
• Able to use Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio). CAD experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Inspect machined and un-machined castings, wax patterns and fixtures using Manual CMM and Automated CMM.
• Use of hand-held MTE (calipers, micrometers, bore gauges).
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and review dimensional data from CMM.
• Communicate with engineering.
