Qualifications

• 2+ years of clinical laboratory experience in moderate- or high-complexity setting.
• Active ASCP MLS generalist credential, plus a specialist certification (SC/SH/SI) in chemistry, hematology, or immunology.

Responsibilities

• Perform moderate-complexity clinical laboratory testing per SOPs and CLIA/CAP regulations.
• Prepare, process, analyze, and verify patient specimens with full traceability.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot lab instrumentation with QC activities.
• Review QC data, spot trends, and escalate when deviations occur.
• Maintain inspection-ready standards: documentation, SOPs, safety.
