Job summary

Swagelok in Solon, OH is seeking an entry-level Assembler to perform designated assembly and testing of components on 1st shift. You will operate equipment, follow standard work, and document production data in SAP.

You should have a high school diploma or GED, an aptitude for following instructions, and the reliability to maintain quality, safety, and on-time output in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Assembly experience preferred or related job aptitude.
• Able to recognize functional and cosmetic defects.
• Able to navigate computer to access SAP, documents, qualification reports.
• Customer focus, reliability, integrity, flexibility, teamwork and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Operate designated assembly/packaging equipment.
• Assemble components into complete or partial products according to standard work.
• Perform daily equipment maintenance and clean up.
• Perform In-Process Inspection during assembly.
• Complete daily documentation (tally sheet, cell board production).
