Job summary

Swagelok is seeking an Assembly Associate for the 1st shift at the Main Plant. You will assemble, test, and package products, operate assembly equipment, and document daily production using SAP. A strong emphasis on safety, quality, and teamwork is required.

Requires a high school diploma or GED, assembly experience preferred, and the ability to access SAP and related documents. Candidates should be customer-focused, reliable, adaptable, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and package products and operate equipment.
• Support Swagelok's operating plan and values.
• Plan and prioritize daily orders and maintain safety.
• Complete daily documentation and perform In-Process Inspection.
• Maintain product knowledge and follow standard work.
• Identify non-conformances and inform supervisor.
