Pivotal Systems seeks a meticulous Cleanroom Technician to join a full-time on-site team in Reno, NV or Fremont, CA. You will assemble, clean, test, and package gas flow control products in an ISO-classified cleanroom, following strict contamination controls and safety protocols.

The role emphasizes precise assembly from drawings, UHP handling, leak checks, traceable documentation, and collaboration with engineering, test, and quality teams. Strong attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical certification or associate’s degree preferred.
• Experience with cleanroom, semiconductor, or UHP environments is a plus.
• Ability to read work instructions and BOMs with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assemble subassemblies and finished products in a cleanroom per BOMs.
• Clean, prepare, and handle UHP components using approved techniques.
• Perform in-process and final tests including leak checks and flow verification.
• Document results and maintain traceability in ERP/MES systems.
• Inspect parts and assemblies; quarantine nonconforming material.
• Maintain cleanroom conditions and report equipment issues promptly.
• Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment per specs.
• Follow safety procedures and 5S practices; assist training newcomers.
