Job summary

Precision Fluid Controls, Inc. in Lincoln, CA, is seeking a Clean Room Technician to assemble aerospace valves in a state-of-the-art facility. You will work in a strict ISO Class 7 clean room, test components and support inspection and process control. This on-site role reports to the Production Manager; shifts and OT may apply. The compensation includes a competitive pay rate, 401(k) with matching, comprehensive medical coverage, PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in ISO Class 7 clean rooms.
• Familiarity with DPI or other non-destructive testing methods.
• Knowledge of 5S and lean manufacturing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Test aerospace components with air velocity and particle analyzers.
• Perform dye penetrant inspection to detect surface defects.
• Set up and operate inspection and testing instrumentation.
• Maintain clean room standards and contamination control.
