Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Precision Cleaning & Field Service Technician to support data center and biopharmaceutical projects. This role combines shop-based precision cleaning with on-site field work at customer facilities, helping mechanical contractors and owners meet high-purity cleanliness and passivation requirements for critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform precision chemical cleaning and passivation of piping, components, and systems
• Support both in-house processing and on-site field cleaning at customer locations
• Follow established procedures and cleanliness requirements for high-purity systems
• Assist with chilled water, process piping, and utility system preparation
• Conduct cleanliness verification and maintain accurate documentation
• Work safely with chemicals and follow all PPE, safety, and site requirements
• Collaborate with the production and field teams to meet project schedules and quality standards
• Travel to regional job sites as needed (primarily within the Huntsville / Southeast area)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions
• Willingness to work with chemicals in shop and field environments
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and ability to support on-site work
• Must be a U.S. Person and able to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in chemical cleaning, passivation, or industrial field service
• Basic knowledge of chemistry or mechanical systems
• Experience supporting construction, mechanical contracting, or high-purity systems
• Familiarity with data center, biopharmaceutical, or industrial process environments
• Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, or in active construction environments (as required)
