Job summary

Acumed LLC in Addison, TX is seeking a Level 1 Clean & Packaging Technician to support packaging and sterile processing operations on a Monday–Friday 6:00am–2:30pm shift. You will perform general duties, inspect orders, and follow line-clearance procedures to ensure quality.

Responsibilities include identifying products, reporting equipment issues, training new staff, and operating automated packaging equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective communication with coworkers and supervisor.
• Ability to read and speak English sufficiently for paperwork.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good organizational skills.
• Solid basic math skills (add/sub/mult/div).
• Familiar with Excel, Word & Outlook (preferred).
• Previous packaging experience preferred.
• Understanding of line-clearance procedures.
• Self-motivated and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Identifies product per production order ticket and direct part marking.
• Inspects packaging for conformance to specifications.
• Operates automated packaging equipment.
• Follows all procedures and documents processes per GMP practices.
• Reports equipment malfunctions and supports repairs.
• Trains new employees and supports continuous improvement.
• Maintains calibration and works with SAP routing as required.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
