Job summary

Acumed LLC, part of Marmon Holdings, seeks a Clean & Packaging Technician for the medical devices line. The role covers sterile and non-sterile packaging, cleaning and passivation, labeling, and processing per SAP routes.

The shift runs Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm, with emphasis on accuracy, safety, and continuous improvement. The candidate will identify products, inspect packaging, operate automated equipment, perform titrations, and assist training while maintaining calibration and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to understand and complete paperwork.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with basic computer use (Excel, Word & Outlook).
• Previous packaging experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Final Sterile Packaging: inspect, verify, and reconcile orders and labels; use blueprints to determine packaging components.
• Non-Sterile Packaging: inspect packaging for specs; operate automated packaging equipment.
• Cleaning/Passivation: perform cleaning and passivation using blueprints; handle chemicals and titrations; maintain cleaning chemicals.
• General duties: identify product per production order ticket; monitor equipment; follow procedures; support process improvements.
• Training and attendance: participate in training of new employees; maintain regular attendance.
