Qualifications

• Read and interpret mechanical drawings accurately.
• Measure dimensions using micrometers, calipers, gauges.
• Understand grinding TD, angle head, button head, and profiling.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate precision grinding equipment within capacity.
• Inspect parts for conformance using measurement tools.
• Determine proper feed and speed; record piece counts and run times.
• Troubleshoot loading systems for auto grinders and adjust as needed.
• Read blueprints/overlays and apply SPC data collection.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
