Qualifications

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proven experience as a Case Packer or similar role in a production environment.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control processes.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot case packer equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the case packer during production following safety guidelines and SOPs.
• Conduct routine inspections of the case packer to ensure proper functioning and identify issues.
• Prepare the machine according to the production schedule and adjust equipment to product specifications.
• Follow sanitation and cleaning procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Report equipment malfunctions or quality issues to appropriate personnel.
