Job summary

Green Bay Packaging Inc. is seeking a Catcher Packer to be the final line of defense for our customers. This role is high-energy, requiring precision to ensure every carton leaving our facility is perfect.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with a blend of mental focus and physical endurance. The position is physically demanding, involving repetitive motions and lifting up to 30 lbs (40 lbs occasionally).

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and a "quality-first" attitude.
• Basic computer literacy and strong communication skills to coordinate with your team.
• Must be able to work 2nd (Monday - Friday 2pm - 10pm) OR 3rd shift (Sunday - Thursday 10pm - 6am) including overtime and weekends.
• Prior manufacturing experience is great, but we are happy to train anyone who has the right work ethic and physical drive.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting cartons in real-time to ensure they meet strict customer standards.
• Packing cartons efficiently, setting up tapers/labelers, and operating ream cutters.
• Managing offline packing and quality re-work projects as needed.
• Maintaining a clean, organized workspace and following all PPE and ergonomic guidelines.
