Job summary
Gold Beech Construction in Lexington, MA, is seeking an experienced Carpenter for a full‑time, year‑round role with an established high‑end residential focus. You will perform both rough construction and finish carpentry on custom homes, renovations, and additions, delivering trim, millwork, doors, and windows to exacting standards.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of high‑end residential carpentry, can read architectural plans, lift 50+ lbs, and work safely with limited supervision.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-end residential carpentry experience.
- Ability to read architectural plans and documents.
- Proven ability to meet tight tolerances with safety and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Perform rough and finish carpentry on custom homes, renovations, and additions.
- Read and interpret architectural plans, sketches, elevations.
- Fabricate and install framing, trim, doors, windows, cabinetry, and millwork.
- Coordinate with project managers, teammates, and subcontractors to meet schedules and quality standards.
- Assist with layout, material prep, and on-site problem solving.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites.
