Fox Valley Metrology is hiring a Calibration Technician to calibrate, inspect, troubleshoot, and verify precision measuring equipment. The role includes mechanical and electronics calibration, reading engineering drawings, and maintaining service records.

You’ll follow ISO/IEC 17025 standards and collaborate with technicians to ensure high‑quality results. We seek hands‑on technicians with strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail, able to learn new processes and travel to customer

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of mechanical/electrical or calibration experience preferred.
• Experience with precision measuring tools is essential.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate, inspect, troubleshoot, and verify precision measuring equipment.
• Perform calibration on mechanical, electronic, dimensional, and hand tools.
• Read drawings and calibration procedures; document results accurately.
• Follow ISO/IEC 17025 quality standards and establish procedures.
• Provide on-site calibration support and travel as needed.
