Job summary

Integrated Resources, Inc (IRI) in Minnesota seeks a Calibration Technician II for a 12-month W2 contract to support calibration and administrative tasks for test and measurement equipment. The role emphasizes accurate documentation and adherence to calibration procedures.

You will perform hands-on calibration, manage equipment receiving and database transactions, coordinate with vendors, and return calibrated equipment to customers, with potential extension based on performance and business

Qualifications

• Experience in calibration/metrology environments.
• Ability to read and follow technical procedures and equipment specifications.
• Understanding of measurement, tolerances and calibration principles.
• Comfort with computerized equipment-management systems and MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with technicians, engineers and quality personnel.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine calibrations of test and measurement equipment using approved procedures and measurement standards.
• Accurately record calibration data and compare results against specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Review calibration documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Support scheduled calibration activities in the calibration laboratory and customer work areas.
• Receive, identify, stage, and return equipment moving through the calibration laboratory.
• Communicate equipment status and calibration needs with internal customers.
• Identify documentation or calibration issues and elevate discrepancies as appropriate.
• Support continuous improvement activities related to calibration laboratory workflow and efficiency.
