Qualifications

• Technical degree or associate in Engineering Technology or related field.
• Experience calibrating measurement and test equipment.
• Knowledge of calibration principles, metrology, and measurement uncertainty.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong documentation skills.
• Capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and document calibration methods for internal processes.
• Coordinate calibration activities for new product launches and projects.
• Calibrate and verify measuring instruments and equipment per standards.
• Maintain calibration plans, schedules, and records with compliance evidence.
• Investigate out-of-tolerance conditions and resolve calibration issues.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing to support operations.
• Assist in continuous improvement to optimize calibration processes and reduce downtime.
• Support audits by providing documentation and conformity evidence.
