Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Engineering, Physics, Metrology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in calibration of industrial or laboratory instruments.
• Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 and ANSI/NCSL Z540.
• Able to read technical drawings, specs, manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine calibration of wide range of instruments and equipment according to established standards and procedures.
• Develop and update calibration documentation, including procedures, reports, and certificates to ensure traceability and compliance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot calibration issues, recommending corrective actions or equipment repairs as necessary.
• Collaborate with quality assurance and engineering teams to support audits, inspections, and validation activities.
• Maintain calibration equipment and tools, ensuring they are properly calibrated and in good working condition.
• Train and provide technical guidance to staff on calibration best practices and equipment handling.
• Monitor calibration schedules and maintain accurate records to ensure timely completion of all calibration activities.
