Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC seeks a qualified professional for Calibration Program and Oxygen Clean Program Support in Little Creek, VA. The role focuses on program management, engineering, logistics and knowledge-based services to keep Dry Combat Submersible and related systems mission-ready.

The position requires a Secret clearance, extensive calibration experience, and the ability to work with NAVSEA standards, METCAL and MIL-STD procedures while coordinating with the supply and

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent plus twelve (12) years related experience.
• Minimum ten (10) years of experience with FMP management practices and automated modernization information systems.
• Minimum ten (10) years of experience with submarine maintenance, IMA, or submarine repair.
• Minimum ten (10) years of experience interpreting and implementing management policies in automated modernization management systems.
• Minimum four (4) years of experience in a class 100,000 cleanroom per MIL-STD-133.
• Qualified Oxygen Clean Instructor.
• Secret level Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in calibration support of precision measurement equipment and DLSS/Oxygen systems.
• Determine technical and material requirements to maintain a NAVSEA certified laboratory.
• Maintain documentation and certifications per METCAL program and NAVSEA manuals.
• Research QA controls per Joint Fleet Maintenance Manual.
• Interface with Supply Department for document numbers and material IDs.
• Prepare calibration and cleaning certifications and maintain electronic indexing system.
• Train NAVY personnel as O2 Clean Workers and O2 Clean Room Workers.
• Participate in weekly product development status meetings.
