Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC seeks a Calibration Program and Oxygen Clean Program Support candidate to ensure NAVSEA compliant calibration, cleaning, and documentation within DSS-SOC boundaries. The role requires extensive experience in calibration labs, cleanrooms, and program management for submarine systems.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent with 12 years related experience.
• 10+ years in FMP management and automated modernization information systems.
• 10+ years submarine maintenance/IMA/repair experience.
• 10+ years interpreting automated modernization policies.
• 4+ years in a Class 100,000 cleanroom per MIL-STD-133.
• Secret clearance; prior military preferred.
• Qualified Oxygen Clean Instructor.

Responsibilities

• Assist calibration support for precision measurement and DLSS/O2 systems within DDS-DSS boundaries.
• Determine technical/material requirements to maintain NAVSEA certified laboratory.
• Maintain compliance with NAVSEA/ANSI/MIL-STD calibration and cleaning standards.
• Interface with Supply Department for document/stock numbers and sources.
• Research technical information to support DDS/DCS/Diving Maintenance teams.
• Maintain Clean Room to MIL-STD 1330/1622 requirements.
• Provide in-service calibration and planned maintenance within DSS-SOC boundaries.
• Train NAVY personnel as O2 Clean Workers and O2 Clean Room Workers.
• Participate in weekly product development status meetings.
