Qualifications
Must have basic math skills.
Ability to interpret and perform assembly functions.
Ability to follow detailed written or verbal instructions.
Above average manual dexterity and the ability to work with very small parts.
Must have excellent eye/hand coordination.
3+ years’ experience soldering and preparing cables.
Responsibilities
Perform assembly of products using manual and automatic tools.
Interpret and perform functions per product process plans.
Perform test and production machine setups.
Provide feedback to Engineering on process improvement.
Separate non-conforming product from conforming product.
