The ideal candidate should have over three years of experience in soldering and be IPC certified. He/she will be responsible for interpreting complex engineering prints, conducting test setups, and contributing to process improvements. Qualifikationen

• Must have basic math skills.
• Ability to interpret and perform assembly functions.
• Ability to follow detailed written or verbal instructions.
• Above average manual dexterity and the ability to work with very small parts.
• Must have excellent eye/hand coordination.
• 3+ years’ experience soldering and preparing cables.

Aufgaben

• Perform assembly of products using manual and automatic tools.
• Interpret and perform functions per product process plans.
• Perform test and production machine setups.
• Provide feedback to Engineering on process improvement.
• Separate non-conforming product from conforming product.

Kenntnisse

Basic math skills

Ability to interpret assembly functions

Ability to follow detailed instructions

Read and interpret engineering drawings

Manual dexterity

Excellent eye/hand coordination

Use of microscopes and measuring devices

3+ years’ experience soldering

3+ years’ experience with cables and fine wires

IPC J and A certifications

IPC A 610 certification
