Job summary

Kent Moore Cabinets in Bryan, Texas is seeking a Cabinet Installer to assemble cabinet components, install drawers, and ensure structural integrity in designated work areas. You will safely operate staple guns, drills, and drawer presses, use a tape measure to determine sizes, and mate drawers to cabinets while maintaining a low defect rate and supporting the production schedule.

You will also verify part compatibility and assist with loading materials, requiring strong attention to measurements

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong mathematical skills to take measurements.
Good hearing and vision to follow instructions and stay aware of surroundings.
Ability to use tape measures, saws, drills, and other hand tools.

Responsibilities

Assemble cabinet components and materials.
Safely operate staple guns, drills, and drawer presses.
Use a tape measure to determine sizes for parts.
Maintain no more than a one-percent rejection rate per workday.
Supply the sufficient amount of parts in the buffers established by the schedule.
Inspect component parts prior to working on them and again after they are machined for correct specifications.
Match drawers to the appropriate cabinet.
Install the drawers into the appropriate cabinet.
