This full-time, day-shift role offers hourly pay from $20.00 to $21.50, with a focus on accuracy, safe tool use, and maintaining low defect rates to meet production schedules.

Qualifications

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Must have mathematical skills to take measurements on cabinets and materials.
Must have corrected hearing to listen to needs and instructions of managers and coworkers and to be aware of surroundings.
Must have corrected vision to be aware of surroundings and locations of items needed.
Should have knowledge of or ability to use a tape measure, saws, drills, and other hand tools.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Assemble various cabinet components and materials.
Safely operate assigned equipment.
Proficiently use a tape measure to determine sizes for parts.
Maintain no more than a one-percent rejection rate per workday.
Supply the sufficient amount of parts in the buffers established by the schedule.
Inspect component parts prior to working on them and again after they have been machined for correct specifications.
