Job summary

Triumph Processing Inc. is seeking a burnish operator in Connecticut. You will set up burnish cabinets, load media, and burnish parts with IVD Aluminum coating per specs. Visual inspections ensure quality throughout the process.

Must be able to lift parts up to 20+ pounds and work well independently or in a team. Flexible scheduling including overtime is required. Previous burnishing or sandblasting experience is preferred but not required; familiarity with heavy metals is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift parts up to 20+ pounds as needed.
• Experience with burnishing or sandblasting preferred but not required.
• Experience with handling heavy metals a plus.
• Must follow written and verbal instructions from management and customers.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate a burnish cabinet or walk-in booth or room or similar equipment.
• Load and unload the burnish cabinet with glass bead or other required media.
• Burnish parts with our IVD Aluminum coating according to specifications.
• Visually inspect parts before, during, and after burnishing to ensure quality.
